Day 69, Missoula Rabble, Brooklyn

Missoula Rabble, Brooklyn, 8, was selling lemonade in one of the most souped up stands I've ever seen. She sold regular, raspberry, and strawberry lemonade for a dollar a cup. This was her second day of business. She said she made $21 yesterday and believed she had exceeded those sales by the time I got to the stand. I asked her what she planned on doing with the money she earned. "I'm saving it for the fair."

Day 64, Missoula Rabble, Mark

Missoula Rabble, I met Mark biking home from work today. He was immediately defensive and told me most people assume he's a white supremacist but he's just a man of the Wiccan faith. He warmed up to me and explained his faith and told me he wears white in honor of the Wiccan white candle which symbolizes purity and peace. As we spoke, several people yelled at Mark regarding racism and his white robe. "I think we should quit discriminating against what people look like and focus on what really makes those people unique."

Day 61, Missoula Rabble, Shasta and Shawna

Missoula Rabble, Twins, Shasta and Shawna, 23, say they had that secret, made-up twin language we all secretly wished we had with someone when we were younger. "We had secret code for telling each other when we had boogers on our face even," Shasta said. They have three other sisters, "but we aren't just sisters. We're closer than that," according to Shawna. "We've been close since conception."

Day 53, Missoula Rabble, Mia

Missoula Rabble, Mia is a six-year old who loves snakes. "King cobras are my favorite because they're the kings." She's smart, too. "I like snakes because they get rid of spiders and bad things." She named her new toy snake Ruby. "But she goes by Sparkles," she told me.

Day 52, Missoula Rabble, Wayne

Missoula Rabble, I met Wayne outside the Good Food Store tonight. He was drinking a hot cup of coffee on a warm summer evening, dressed in camouflage shorts, suspenders, a tie dyed shirt, and sported a big white beard. He had to be interesting, right? "I'm just a regular old guy in Missoula, on a regular old day in Missoula," he told me. He has lived here 44 years. "A lot of journalism students approach me when I'm on campus. I do know one thing. Being truthful goes a very long way."
