Missoula Rabble, I ran into Troy at the bank while running errands at lunch. He's downtown's number one mailman and he wears a mustache very well. Troy has been delivering mail for 34 years. I asked him how he got into it. "I was 21 and got a job," he said. "Soon I got a wife, kids, and bills and asked the question, 'What was it I was going to do with my life again?'" He enjoys his job and being outside. "Everybody loves their mailman," he said.
I accepted a challenge back in May to take and publish one picture a day for one year. Little did I know, this challenge would awake the little photographer in me who has been hiding out for a few years. This picture a day gig has become very important to me. I feel like it is bigger than a silly photo a day. It's a collection. It's art. It's challenging. And I think it's inspiring.

Day 106, Missoula Rabble, Troy
Missoula Rabble, I ran into Troy at the bank while running errands at lunch. He's downtown's number one mailman and he wears a mustache very well. Troy has been delivering mail for 34 years. I asked him how he got into it. "I was 21 and got a job," he said. "Soon I got a wife, kids, and bills and asked the question, 'What was it I was going to do with my life again?'" He enjoys his job and being outside. "Everybody loves their mailman," he said.
